We bought our house knowing that we would be requiring a lot of renovation and new building work doing and everyone warned us about what a stressful experience it would be. However with the DNA team we actually found it an exciting experience and would happily go through the process again. DNA turned out to be a great team to have onsite, they turned up exactly when they said they would, they worked hard and they kept us informed every step of the way. They were polite, tidy and helpful and everyone commented on their professional approach, from our neighbours through to the man who emptied the portable toilet! Ours is a slightly older property that had been subjected to several odd extensions in the past which inevitably threw up a few surprises but the DNA boys dealt with them all competently and always requested clarification from the structural engineer or the architect when things weren’t as expected. They were never fazed by any alterations or extras we asked for. We had the team onsite for almost 6 months which was about what they had predicted (allowing for the fact that we added an extra extension on to the original plan). I would have had no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who asked for a builder and they would be the only people we would consider if we needed any work doing in the future.
