Planning Permission Assistance

If you're thinking about building an extension onto your home, or a sizeable structure in your garden, then you're probably going to need to get planning permission before you start.

This is a tricky and often frustrating process, and if you're going down this path for the first time then you're going to need a little bit of help and advice.

Although DNA can't offer you a complete planning service currently, we can advise you on the fundamental requirements and suggest good, local experts who can guide you through the full process. As builders with many years' experience in building house extensions, we are also well placed to give you some initial advice on the size and location of your extension, and how that might affect your planning application.

If you need to appoint a local architect, we are also happy to suggest people who we've worked with before and are happy to recommend.
